To edit this page, log in to your control panel and go to Storefront > Web Pages. Click Edit next to the Shipping & Returns page and you can change this text. A sample returns policy is shown below which you can edit as needed.
Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, on any cuts larger than 1 yard, notify us about it and once acknowledged just send back the fabric in question, uncut, unwashed, and free of odors, smoke, stains, and pet hair, within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the original payment method used, except on items noted as "No Returns". Swatches are none refundable, unless if we shipped the wrong one.
Shipping cost is not refunded. Shipping the return back for a refund is at the cost of the customer, unless if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).. If an order is refused, the return postage amount that it costs to do so will be taken from the return amount.
If an order is returned to us due to a wrong address being entered on the original order that was placed, we can reship the order and access a new shipping charge.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
